| Description |
 Purpose: Usage as a part of aircraft communication systems and facilitation of voice and telecoded message exchange through ’air / air’ and ’air / ground’ communication lines in three radio channels.The MSPD module can be operated as the following radio communication facilities:
- a specialized computer (STsV);
- data transmission equipment (APD);
- a modem for digital volce transmission through a SV chennek;
- voice warming equipment (ARO);
- an intercom and swiching system (AVSK).
Functions:
- establishing the data exchange between the communication system units;
- arranging data exchange between aircraft by radio;
- facilitating telecoded data exchange through two duplex channels;
- voice message transmission through a SW channel-providing for communication between the two pilots and three ground maintenance persons, with monitoring eight caution signals and two RNS;
- providing communication through three radio stations;
- playback of up to 256 emergency warnings with transmitting necessary data by radio.
